By accessing or using SchoolHox websites, web app or mobile apps, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Services

SchoolHox provides cloud-based school management software, mobile apps and related onboarding and support as described in your plan or order.

Accounts

Schools are responsible for user accounts created under their subscription and for keeping login credentials confidential.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful content or interfere with its operation.

Fees

Subscription fees, payment terms and renewal are as per the plan, proposal or invoice issued to the school.

Intellectual property

The SchoolHox platform, brand and content are owned by SchoolHox. Schools retain ownership of their data.

Limitation of liability

SchoolHox is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service period.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh having jurisdiction.
