We want every school to be happy with SchoolHox. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.
Free demo
We encourage schools to take a free personalised demo before subscribing, so you can evaluate SchoolHox fully.
Subscription refunds
Refund eligibility for subscription fees is as set out in your signed proposal or agreement. Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method.
Parent payments
Fees paid by parents to the school through SchoolHox are collected on behalf of the school. Refund requests for such payments must be raised with the school.
